Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except eggs.
    Blend well.
    Add eggs. Pour into well-greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    May top with Dream Whip or whipped cream.
