Sandy'S Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. cornstarch or flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. coconut
cooked pie shell
Preparation

In a large glass, microwaveable bowl, stir in milk, sugar, egg yolks, and cornstarch.
Cook on high for about 9 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
Filling should be thick by now.
Stir in vanilla, oleo, and coconut.
Let cool slightly, and pour into cooked pie shell.
