Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 c. popped popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix all but popcorn and baking soda.
    Dissolve over low heat. Boil 5 minutes on medium to high heat.
    Take off stove and add baking soda.
    Put popcorn on large cookie sheet.
    Pour mixture over popcorn and stir.
    Put in oven at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes and stir every 10 minutes.
    Cool.
