Year Round Cabbage Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head cabbage, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can pimientos, drained
    1/2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. honey
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix cabbage, onion, pepper and pimientos; set aside.
    Combine honey, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Boil hard 1 minute.
    Pour over vegetables, mixing well.
    Pack in a jar with a lid. Refrigerate for 3 days.
    Good until used up entirely.
