Yam And Cranberry Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 small orange, sliced
1/2 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. orange juice or brandy
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. mace
1 (40 oz.) can yams
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Stir yams into cranberry mixture.
Bake until hot through, almost 15 minutes.
Serves 8.
