Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. finely diced green pepper
1/4 c. finely diced green onions
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except 1/4 of the pecans.\tForm into a ball and roll into remaining pecans.
Wrap in foil and chill overnight.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
