Crispy Apple Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas (room temperature)
    2 Granny Smith apples, chopped
    1/2 c. sugar (more if desired)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 dash nutmeg
    butter (for spreading on tortillas)
    Crisco (for deep frying)
    powdered sugar (for topping)
Preparation
    Mix apples, cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg.
    Spread each tortilla with butter.
    Put heaping tablespoonful of apple mixture onto tortilla, leaving enough room for folding.
    Fold ends, then roll. Place one fold in hot grease; deep fry until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cooled.
