Devil'S Food Float - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 tsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt, milk, butter, vanilla, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons of cocoa.
    Pour into greased pan.
    Combine brown sugar, remaining sugar, cocoa and hot water.
    Pour over mixture in pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
