Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the first 4 ingredients together.
    Add chocolate chips and set aside.
    Sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
    Stir in oil, water and vanilla.
    Fill 15 cupcake liners 1/3 full of chocolate batter.
    Drop 1 heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on to the top of cupcake.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
