1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1 dash cayenne pepper
2 (7 oz.) cans crabmeat or 14 oz. imitation crabmeat
low-fat yogurt (for sour cream) *
light mayonnaise
light cream cheese
