Spinach Salad(Makes 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. spinach
    8 cherry tomatoes
    4 thin slices red onion
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    salt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    6 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped, roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Clean spinach, dry and tear in to pieces.
    Cut tomatoes in half; add with onion to spinach.
    In a small jar, shake together everything else but oil until salt is dissolved.
    Add oil; shake to combine and pour over salad.
    Sprinkle with chopped, roasted peanuts.
