Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix the pulp, eggs and milk.
    Add the dry ingredients.
    Stir in the melted margarine last.
    Pour this into a greased pan and bake about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
