Cauliflower With Mushroom And Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    2 c. white sauce
    1 c. grated American cheese or favorite cheese
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Clean cauliflower, leave on some of the green to make it look pretty.
    Steam in a shallow amount of water.
    While steaming, make any white sauce to make 2 cups worth and add 1 cup grated cheese, then mushrooms.
    Drain cauliflower and place on serving dish and pour sauce over top.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
