Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 cans whole kernel corn
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 jar pimento, drained
2 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain corn.
Add celery, pepper, onion and pimento.
Mix mustard, vinegar and sugar.
Pour over corn mixture and cover. Let stand overnight for best flavor.
