Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1- 1 lb. bag shredded cabbage
1 small onion, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 carrot, grated
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 C. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 C. vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Mix vegetables and sprinkle with sugar. Boil remaining ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Stir before serving. This will keep up to three weeks.
