Strawberry Glace Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. strawberries
    2/3 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. water
    whipped cream for topping
Preparation
    Wash, drain and hull 1 quart strawberries.
    Arrange 3 cups of berries in baked pie shell.
    Simmer remaining berries and 2/3 cup water about 3 minutes.
    Blend and add to boiling mixture sugar, cornstarch and 1/3 cup water.
    Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Cool and pour over berries in shell.
    Top with whipped cream.
