Ingredients

1/2 lb. pitted dates
1 lb. dried figs
1 lb. dried apricots
1 c. seedless raisins
2 c. walnuts
1 tsp. orange rind, grated
flaked coconut
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients except coconut in food grinder or processor.
Process until well mixed.
Press into buttered 8-inch square baking dish. Chill well. Cut into squares and roll in coconut.
Store in airtight tins.
