Tea Room Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pastry flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 eggs, separated
    1 1/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix and sift pastry flour, salt and sugar.
    Beat 3 egg yolks until light and lemon-colored.
    Add sour cream and beat into the sifted dry ingredients.
    Fold in 3 stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake on hot waffle irons.
    Serve hot with chicken a la king or creamed chicken.
