Shrimp Or Crab Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. peeled shrimp or 1 lb. crab meat
3 Tbsp. flour
5 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. white wine
1 c. milk
1 c. half and half
Cayenne pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Make a roux of flour and butter. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
Add wine, half and half, lemon juice and seafood. Add cayenne, salt and pepper to taste,
Stir until thickened.
Serve with oyster crackers.
