Peach Alaska Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 qt. peach ice cream
    2 large fresh peaches
    2 large egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften 1-quart ice cream until it can be stirred easily.
    Peel peaches, slice thin and stir into ice cream.
    Spread mixture into cooled pie shell and freeze until firm.
