Marinated Kraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 small can pimento
Preparation

Heat white vinegar, wine vinegar and sugar together.
Mix together sauerkraut, onion, bell pepper and pimiento.
Pour vinegar mixture over vegetables.
Chill for several hours.
