Lemon Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
2 c. Cool Whip
1 egg
powdered sugar

Preparation

Mix cake mix, Cool Whip and egg.
Make into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
(You may want to use two spoons to handle dough, as it is very sticky.)
Place on baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
