Orange Jello Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. orange sherbet
    1 (9 oz.) container whipped cream substitute
    1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Mix the orange jello and the boiling water together; cool. Add the orange sherbet and beat with mixer or eggbeater.
    Fold in whipped cream substitute.
    Add the drained mandarin orange slices and crushed pineapple.
    Mix, pour in mold and refrigerate until firm.
