Shrimp With Lobster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shrimp
    chicken broth, etc.
    onion or scallions
    cornstarch
    Italian sausage
    garlic
    egg
    rice
Preparation
    Saute onions or scallions with Italian sausage meat (cut up in small pieces).
    Add shrimp.
    Cook about 3 minutes.
    Then add soup stock (College Inn, etc.).
    Mash in small piece of garlic. Thicken with cornstarch.
    Then fold in egg without beating.
    Serve on rice.
