Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 c. green onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of red pepper
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. chicken broth or red wine
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 lb. chicken, cooked and chopped
    1 lb. raw, peeled shrimp
Preparation
    Other meats or red beans may be substituted.
