Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in bowl and add eggs and oil.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, undrained pineapple, nuts and bananas.
    Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove and cool completely. Spread frosting between layers, on top and sides.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup nuts.
