Egg Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter (oleo)
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix corn meal, salt and cold water and boil for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until it becomes thick.
    Stir in milk, melted butter and egg and pour into well-greased pan or dish and bake for about 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
