Teriyaki Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
    2 c. walnut halves
Preparation
    In 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan, mix well sugar, ginger and garlic salt.
    Set aside.
    In large bowl with fork, beat egg whites with teriyaki sauce until blended.
    With rubber spatula, stir in walnuts until well coated.
    Transfer to jelly roll pan.
    Stir with spatula until nuts are coated with sugar mixture.
    Bake in preheated 250\u00b0 oven.
    Stir occasionally until coating is dry. Store airtight for up to 3 weeks.
    Makes 2 cups.
