Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. small white beans
1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. bacon grease
1 c. brown sugar
1 bottle catsup
2 c. water
4 slices bacon

Preparation

Wash and soak beans overnight.\tNext morning, put on to boil in same
water
with
the soda.
You may have to add more cold water to cover.
Boil until skins crack. Drain off water.
