Black Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can El Ebro black beans, drain some of the liquid
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 large onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Saut onion and garlic in olive oil. When onion is tender (yellow), pour in can of beans and bring to a boil on medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour in vinegar and serve over rice.
