Mexicorn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow rice mix
1 stick oleo, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Mexicorn
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Cook rice according to directions on package.
Mix cooked rice, soup, corn and oleo.
Pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.
