Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage
1 large onion
1 large green pepper
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Shred cabbage, onion and pepper.
On top, sprinkle sugar.
Do not stir.
Bring to boil the oil, vinegar, celery seed, mustard and salt.
While hot, pour over cabbage mixture.
Put in a closed container and refrigerate.
This slaw keeps indefinitely.
