Tangy Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. maple syrup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. pepper
dash of ground cloves
1/2 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. steak sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
6 to 8 (3/4 to 1-inch thick) pork chops
Preparation

Combine
first 11 ingredients in small saucepan.
Bring to boil;
reduce
heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Grill chops over medium
coals
for
10 minutes on each side.
Baste with sauce and
grill an additional 15 to 20 minutes or to desired degree
of doneness, basting frequently with sauce and turning meat occasionally.
Yield:
6 to 8 servings.
