Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Hellmann's mayo
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken, cubed
1/4 c. chopped pepper
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix mayo, water and soup.
Add remaining ingredients.
Fold in 3 sliced, hard-boiled eggs.
Put in greased casserole.
Sprinkle with crushed chips or cornflakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
