Diana'S Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 can crushed pineapple and juice (8 oz.)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. diced ripe bananas
Preparation

Measure the dry ingredients and sift them together.
Dice the bananas; measure the quantity and add them to the dry ingredients, along with the oil, vanilla, eggs and crushed pineapple and juice. Stir to blend but do not beat.
Pour into greased 9-inch tube pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Set aside to cool on a rack without removing from pan.
This cake is served without frosting.
