Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. sifted flour (minus 2 Tbsp.)
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. applesauce (jar)
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. dates, chopped
2 c. chopped pecans

Preparation

Mix shortening, sugar and eggs together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 50 minutes.
Bake in Bundt pan.
