Tate'S Own Stuffed Beef Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix
    2 envelopes brown gravy mix
    meat tenderizer
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Take 1 round steak; sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
    Pound steak until 1/2-inch in thickness.
    Mix stuffing mix according to directions; cover steak with stuffing mix.
    Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Clip with toothpicks.
    Make brown gravy according to directions.
    Add to it the envelope of onion soup mix; mix well. Pour over steak that has been placed in a casserole or bread pan. Cover with foil.
    Bake until steak is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours, at medium heat (about 350\u00b0).
    Cut into rounds about 1 1/2 inches to serve.
