Broccoli Casserole #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions on package, but do not overcook.
Drain off liquid.
Stir in cheese while broccoli is hot.
Cover and let stand until cheese melts.
Place in casserole and cover with topping made of crushed crackers mixed with melted margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
