Broccoli Quesadilla - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, broken into large florets
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 medium red onion, finely chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
    6 cherry tomatoes (1/4)
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro (optional)
    6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
    1/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. salsa
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Steam, boil or microwave broccoli until crisp-tender. Coarsely chop and set aside.
    In a large nonstick frypan, heat 1 teaspoon oil.
    Add onion; saute for 3 to 4 minutes to soften.
    Add garlic, cumin, chili powder and cinnamon; cook 1 minute.
    Add broccoli, peppers and tomatoes.
    Stir well and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Put in a bowl and stir in cilantro.
    Set aside.
