Jalopies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. corn tortillas
2 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
jalapenos (optional)
Preparation

Layer ingredients in order given.
(It is easier if you mix the soup and the sour cream together.)
Be sure to have the grated cheese as your final layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
