Peabody Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. sour cream
    7 eggs
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Whip cream cheese by itself at a high speed to get as smooth as possible, without any lumps.
    Then mix at slow speed for a few minutes to avoid air bubbles.
    Mix in sour cream; add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Pour into a graham cracker crust.
    Bake in a hot water bath in a 325\u00b0 oven for one hour and ten minutes.
    Let cake cool in oven until it is slightly warm. Transfer to refrigerator to finish cooling.
    Serve cold with desired sauce.
