Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild or hot sausage
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Crumble sausage in bowl.
    Add cheese, shredded.
    Blend biscuit mix in.
    Make balls walnut size. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 9 dozen.
    Can be frozen.
