Hamburger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    cracker crumbs as needed
    2 eggs
    1 large can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix well and shape into patties.
    Saute slowly, about 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Add 1/3 cup cooking oil and 2 tablespoons flour to drippings to make a gravy.
    Pour in mushroom soup.
    Heat and stir until thickened.
    Pour over hamburger patties.
