Crabmeat In Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    1 c. cooked crabmeat
    1/2 c. minced parsley
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    1/2 c. flour
    8 crab shells
Preparation
    Melt butter. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Flake crabmeat and add to sauce with parsley and eggs. Blend thoroughly.
    Fill greased baking shells.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
    Serves 8.
