Yeast Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. warm milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. flour, sifted (plain)
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in large bowl.
    Add milk, sugar and salt.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in oil and flour.
    Allow batter to rise in a warm place about 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir batter down and place in refrigerator overnight or when needed.
    Stir batter down again and bake in a preheated waffle iron.
