Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 red apples, cubed
    1 can pineapple, crushed
    1 c. coconut, shredded
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. whipped cream
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except for the cream in a large bowl. Mix together well.
    Stir in gradually the whipped cream until all is gone.
    Gently stir for 2 minutes.
    Chill for at least 1 hour and then serve.
    Serves 6.
