Greek Pilaff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    cubed or ground lamb
    1/2 c. rice
    1 c. stock (lamb, chicken or fish)
    thyme
    sage
    oregano
    basil
    black pepper
    chopped parsley
    garlic
    red wine
Preparation
    Fry onion until wilted.
    Fry chopped lamb.
    Add rice to fried onion and meat.
    Fry it briefly.
    (Cubed lamb should be stewed in stock, red wine and all herbs until tender.) Add stock with all herbs.
    Reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes.
