Chicken Paprikash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. boneless chicken
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 tsp. salt
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 to 1 c. water
    8 oz. noodles
    1 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cut the chicken into bite size pieces.
    Saute onion in butter until soft in a large skillet with a cover.
    Stir in paprika and flour; cook, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
    Stir in salt and tomato juice.
    Add chicken, turning to coat pieces well; cover. Simmer 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
