Baked Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 can (10.5 oz.) cream of chicken soup, undiluted (or celery soup)
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed potato chips or 2/3 c. cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips or stuffing mix.
    Toss lightly and spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Spread cheese and chips on top and bake in 350\u00b0 oven 25 minutes, or until heated throughout and browned on top.
    Garnish with paprika and parsley.
