Microwave Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium chopped onion
    6 oz. corn chips (4 c.)
    2 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can chili (without beans)
    1 can kidney beans, drained
    1 can Mexicorn, drained
Preparation
    In 12 x 8-inch glass casserole add butter and onion. Microwave (High) 3 minutes, stirring once.
    Reserve 1 cup corn chips and 1 1/4 cups cheese.
    Blend remaining chips, cheese, chili, beans and corn with onion.
    Microwave (High) covered 8 to 9 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
    Sprinkle with reserved cheese.
    (Microwave on High uncovered 3 minutes.)
    \"Ring\" remaining corn chips around edge.
    Rest 5 minutes before serving.
